Thank You, Knitters and Crocheters, for Afghanistan!
March 2007, Marsha MacColl delivered our wool socks to students at two schools in Kabul run by Afghans 4 Tomorrow. Marsha is on the board of Afghans 4 Tomorrow. Keep in mind that Afghans customarily remove shoes when inside, and heating fuel is precious. Marsha says the children loved their socks! What a wonderful thank you message!
